I agree. I remember having to tell my children about our family dog passing away before and it was such a hard talk. I will never forget what my youngest told me that day. He said that since people learn their whole lives and try to be better is why his dog didn't live very long, he didn't have to live as long as we do because he was so much closer to perfect.
