I can't figure it out. So many exclusions, different coverage amounts. Anyone know if one is better than the other...I've looked at ASPA, VPI or Purina.

I'm interested in an illness coverage...for emergencies or large surgical procedures. Simple vet bills are not necessary to cover at this point.
