From what you said of Molly, it sounds like she really loved you and knew you loved her too! I know how hard it can be to let go of guilt and hope you can do it as soon as you are ready and that you can have peace in your heart knowing you were a good mom to her and that she did know of your love because you were so good to her.
I also truly believe that we will be able to be with our entire family again someday, and that includes the pets we loved.
