Love Zuke's Mini Naturals here! Best ever since they are not only soft and made for small gods but we used a lot and for the price and quality ingredients they won hands down...we also use plain ol' boiled chicken breast though too.

Soft food I read there was a danger of mixing canned food with dry if that's what you meant even though many do it without incident.

Other wise soft food-I'm a picky mom wish my skin kids and the adults here ate as good as the dogs do I don't give my dogs grains, red meat or dairy, with the exception of yogurt with live cultures to prevent yeast and bacteria issues...

We do a lot of RAW here and BARF (bones and raw food) for health reasons with my dogs-to make their food soft I pour organic free range (yes I'm one of those) chicken broth over their Taste of the Wild Foul kibble and also they all get a vegi and fruit RAW lunch with bits of chicken in it from broth I make myself I just boil down one chicken breast into a heavy broth...

I should note I personally don't like giving any canned food except when we had to give meds...Yorkies are prone to dental issues and unless you brush every night canned or wet foods present a real issue...also many dogs love treats like a piece of kibble or some fruits and vegis..mine preform for baby carrots all the time! Just be sure you check toxic for dog foods.
