Well IMO the patterns as described in the standard may be off in some of the off spring. That's about all I can say. I've seen puppies from the breeding you describe, some look just like Yorkies with a white patch and some may have the markings of a Biewer or close to. It's a grab bag IMO. It was done with this breed early on to create the rich colors and to develop the standard.

I hope I don't offend anyone with my opinions, this is just how I feel.
