I just got back from a 7 day cruise and had to leave my 3 behind. It was the hardest thing to do because I wasn't able to explain to them why I was leaving or when I would be back.
My brother took care of them and he said they were just fine. He said they didn't seem to miss me at all because they were all 3 together and I left them in my house with all their familiar surroundings.
You can call and check on them, or use their computer to e-mail and check on them, but it costs a fortune. But if it makes you feel better, it's worth it.
When I got back it was so neat to see how excited they were to see me.
Yes I missed them a lot. But the cruise was fun and once I got on the ship it seemed like my worries weren't so bad.
Have fun. I know it's hard to leave them but you'll be glad you went and your girls will be just fine.
