Once the wood has absorbed urine, I don't think there is anything you can do to remove that odor. Has the wood turned black? That is what happened to my wood floors in a few spots. I now have all tile in my home....if wood is properly sealed it is not a problem...but it is still high maintenance.
If I were you, I would just have that spot replaced...and talk with someone about sealing your floors so you can prevent it from happening again.
