The vet that I orriginally went to was not verry informative and acted like I was crazy when I mentioned the xray. This vet highly recommends the xray and also feels like it is important. i have watched several utube yorkies that all seem to handle birthing well and the breeder who has been stoppin by to see us has been doing this for 9 years. they are not yorkie breeders but know what signs to watch for if there is trouble and with the last litre they delivered one of the blue nose pit bull puppies was not breathing and her husband gave mouth to mouth and resucitated the pup and it is alive and doing well. that was a delivery of 13 pups and took all night and into the day. so I do feel like they are compassionate and caring dog lovers that will help me thru this with Lucy. |
good job and good luck
