So I took Kelsey to get groomed. At petsmart. I have taken my other dog Kami to a petsmart groomer for her entire life, five years. So I decided to take Kelsey to a petsmart a little closer to my house. My mother dropped her off for me then I went to pick her up. The only thing I noticed at first was they did not put her up, and my mom specifically told them to do that. I'm very nonconfrontational so I just left. later I noticed that she had a knot in her hair and they did not groom her face at all. Basically she looked better BEFORE she went there. I don't know what to do.
