Well, my little baby Bella (well, she's 10 months old) is in heat and started bleeding about 5 days ago. I had done lots of research trying to prepare myself for this, and most places I read that yorkies typically don't have much blood. Bella seems to be a differant story. I'm just putting pantyliners in her diaper, but I am having to change them every 4-6 hours because the spot gets so thick and nasty. I'm curious...how much blood is too much?

Just a little info on Bella: She is very hyper normally and plays all the time with my male yorkie, Cash. Now, she is her normal self half of the time and the other half she is just so pitiful and just climbs up on my chest wanting love. She has been eating and drinking water regularly and uses the bathroom regularly as well.
