to me this looks like a half yorkie and half chihuahua - maybe long haired chihuahua but those ears to me look wayyyy too big to be a yorkies' ears (look at my avatar - my rock star was 16 weeks in that photo...)
I've owned 2 chihuahua's (one long-haired cream and "tea-cupped" while the other your traditional short-haired darker pup) and one chihuahua-papillon mix as well as 2 yorkies and handled dozens... just listing my "credentials"
