The only thing that I can find wrong with this post is if the OP is playing an April Fool's joke or trying to ruffle feathers here intentionally.
That being said, IF this story were true it sounds like she wanted the puppy more so than a two year old (only makes sense). So, if she truly has come here for worm in the poo advice, she has already recieved some. Please just take the puppy to the vet and get a fecal, etc and they will be able to assist you further.
Also, just because you have small children does not mean a Yorkie will endure a life of pain or neglect that has been implied. Are there increased risks, obviously. I have small children as do many people on here and some pregnant, and our Yorkies are just as happy, healthy and protected as someone without such. JMO.......
