I had half of my thyroid gland removed because of a goiter - they didn't suspect cancer but did find a microscopic encapsulated cancer. Wishing they had just taken the whole thing.
But leading up to it, I had lots and lots of dental work. Makes you wonder, doesn't it? And just a couple of weeks ago, I had a dozen xrays in the same spot in the course of an exam, root canal, and apicoectomy. Hmm... |
