Anyone out there from Pennsylvania? How about Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania?
I was hoping Mango could make some friends this spring/summer. He's a relatively big Yorkie...around 10 pounds and can be a little aggressive and does not like to share toys all the time, but when off leash he plays really well.
