Poor Casey thought he was a gonner. And just like the rest of us he probably thought it was too early in the competition for the judges to use the save. But when They announced that he was leaving the camera panned to the judges and all three of them had looks of disbelief. You could read Randy's lips saying "What?" I knew right then and there that they would save my little teddy bear Casey. I loved that they stopped him before he was even a few bars into his song.
