My Sadie just had her first and last litter. It was to hard on her and to hard on me. I took the advice of all the YT breeders here and I got a mentor which made it a little easier for me. My mentor was awesome, she knew exactly what to do and when to do it. The puppies are now a week old and thriving. Momma is still having some issues with lose stool and she is on antibiotics for infection. Complications can arise very quickly so please have a mentor. Good luck with your pups. |
