I tried to wear blinders! She told me she paid $2200 but she posted on YT that she paid $650. She would not answer any of my health questions. She said she was registered, but then told me NO, she had never sent in the registration. Good pedigree? Well, no, never saw the pedigree! So many warning signs and still I was trying to plow ahead! If I had read someone else doing that, I would have told them to slow down and look at all the red flags! But a pretty yorkie can make a person go half blind for a minute! Thankfully, I realized I could not go through with it without SOME information that I did not find contradictory. Since that did not surface, I just wish this adorable little puppy the best life possible with whoever she might be going or staying with. It wasn't even that she looked like a show prospect or anything like that -- it was just a look in her eye, something that caught my heartstrings. I just wish her and the person buying her (Kimberly was it?) the very best!!! |
Debra, I think you are better off. Anyone re-homing a dog would have had the answers to your questions at their fingertips (if not in their head, where they should be).
I'm sorry for your disappointment and your troubles with the seller. You would have given this precious girl a wonderful home.
I hope Izzy is in good hands.
