First and foremost, as best you can, try to calm yourself and be very relaxed around little Peyton when caring for him, as you know he will pick up on your worry and tension and internalize it himself. That is one of the hardest parts to me of dealing with my little dog is trying to learn to stay calm, as I am a worrier and usually very tense when he's not well, but I sure try.
