I am so excited, DH and I have been renting now since I have been with him (4) years. We put a bid in for a house!! I have the best news, the bank accepted our offer and they are going to submit it to the boss, if he signs it we will be in ESCROW!! The back wants a 30 day escrow! I am soooo happy, Pnut will have a backyard and DH is even going to build a sunroom so Pnut can enjoy the sun and be protected from hawks, when we are not home!! Ughhh I am sooo excited! DH isn’t really my DH we aren’t married, I consider us married, we both do. We are doing things a little backwards LoL First house, then Marriage
