This may sound gross but...our first yorkie Baby would hide like that if she had a ..um..."dingleberry"
stuck on the hair of her butt. That being said, Sophie likes to go under our bed to nap or chew her bone occasionally but she never stayed under more than maybe 45 minutes. Was she accidentally frightened? Sophie sometimes goes there when I run the vacuum.
