No More Rack - Daily Deals ? Just wondering - they have some terrific deals, but there seems to be no organization and the communication is quite inefficient. I placed two orders on 2/4/2010 and waited and waited and waited....
Long story short after ton of emails back and forth -- theirs was mostly "canned replies" I was told I would get a "store credit". I asked for a full refund to my credit card - which was given. Several days later I received "order complete" confirmations on both orders along with shipping info from UPS. Geez, I don't have a lot of confidence in them. So today and tomorrow I should be receiving items from a cancelled and refunded order.
If you shop with nomorerack.com I'd really like to hear what type of service you received.
