Yes I saw a lady pulling out of Walmart the other day with a yorkie in the passenger seat. I stopped in my tracks and started to point at her telling my DH, "Look, she has a yorkie" Of course his response was that I need help! Oh well.
We have no neighbors per say and I do get very excited when I see a little yorkie anywhere.
