Please, please invest in a metal crate and put it, and her, in a separate room with the door closed at all times. You will have to confine her AWAY from him for at least 3 weeks. He will probably whine, cry and bark day and night and scratch at the door to the room she is in, and maybe even growl or nip at you trying to get him away...
