Natalie's hair is thin. She does not mat as bad as she use to since I started using a different shampoo and conditioner. I got it from pet depot. The weather is in the 60s and 70s now and she is outside ALOT. She gets so dirty and I bathe her twice a week. I think she will do much better with it cut short.
