Oh, I can't recall as Tibbe was 9 mos. old when I got him and did not know what "play" was. I suppose in his case he found out about playing and then "baiting" after I had had him a week or so as he was very wild at first. My Jilly was 4 1/2 mos. old when I got her and she came here playing very well and I think she baited me to play with her after a day or so here. I think a Yorkie is practically born learning how to bait a human to play and compete with it for a toy, treat or chewie!
