With Teddy, I comforted him and he is still scared. He will play fetch or do tricks for treats during thunderstorms. I am going to focus on doing those things in the future. |
I did this with Buster and he is less fearful of thunderstorms but still not thrilled. I am working on it but we do not get too many here in CA. I have heard the Thunder shirt works well for thunder and for other anxiety issues. It is like a comforting hug to them. At least that was what the lady at the shop said about her dog that was wearing one when I went in.
