OK...I just went back and re read her post....she said that she independently "rescued" this pup...and now does not want to keep her until she is adopted.
Sadly, I have seen other independents do this. One unwritten rule in the rescue world is that you take a pup and keep them until their forever home is found.
Looks to me as if she took the foster application from the website of Yorkies and Friends...not that this is THEIR pup.
Be careful....unless you are willing to keep this pup indefinitely, I would be concerned. Also, is she going to allow you to play a part in choosing the home for this pup....I know I would want that if I fostered. AND...if the pup has a vet emergency, is she going to pay for it? You need to know such things.
