My wife is gone for 4 days on business, and Basil and the other 2 dogs are going out of their way to make it difficult for me.
We learned that no one outside of us will ever pick up and hold Basil. Had dogs all of my life, and that is a lot of years, and never had a dog hurt under my watch. Well, I can't say that anymore. Sounds like you did the right thing with your guy, and hope he makes a complete recovery. | Please do not beat yourself up either. It may have been your watch but you did not have the accident. So the kids are acting up now that mom is gone. LOL Glad to hear the newest recruit is feeling better.
