I have the opposite problem....that's what Brandi does when she doesn't want to come in from our walks. she gets to the end of the driveway and just stops. At which point I have to go pick her up and carry her in the house.
Brandi was a rescue and one of the things I did when I first got her was to first walk her around in the house with the leash on using treats to get her to walk. Now she walks with no problem on the leash.
