 Waterproof-smudgeproof Mascara?
The only makeup i really wear is Foundation and Mascara. I always use waterproof mascara, but i'm noticing although it may be waterproof...its really not smudgeproof. It really stinks when i'm at work and happen to notice in a mirror that my mascara is smudging. Being a nurse...i really dislike touching my face while i'm at work. So i really want to invest in a smudgeproof mascara....anyone know any good ones that are waterproof AND smudgeproof??
