I agree with what others have said. Find a vet you can trust. Sophie's vet extracted her baby teeth at the time of her spay so she only had to be put under once and told me he would be extracting three teeth. He only charged me for one tooth and when I asked him about it he laughed and said the other two teeth practically fell out in his hand so he wasn't charging me for those. He could have charged me and I would never have been the wiser. Find a vet you can really trust to be honest with you. Down the road if your vet says your yorkie needs some procedure you'll never know for sure if it was all about the money or not.
