I do think they react to how I come home.....my voice goes higher, I race to the couch, sit down so they can jump all over me and of course give out the kisses. I think what is bothering me most is that THEY don't know where I am and that I will be back. I 'talked' to them on the phone last night - my husband held the phone to their ears- he said they kinda looked at it and jumped off the couch....my daughter in law sat here with me, laughing!! she understood as she has a kitty she loves just as much
