I've read that females are more independent and males more cuddly, but that has never been my personal experience. My current & previous yorkie were both female & both were/are cuddly, love to snuggle on my lap, follow me everywhere in the house, pups. I've been thinking of getting another yorkie recently too! If I do, I'll definately get another female, that can share all the clothes & bows
