Since I have been thinking about a new pup, I was wondering on what you guys have found out by experience? I have read that females seem less attached (are more independent) and usually are closer to male humans. I have found my Layla to definitely be much more attached to my boyfriend than myself.
Alas, I wanted another female because she and Layla could interchange clothes, etc., but I would hate to end up getting my boyfriend another dog! lol. In essense, is it possible for me to find a female that will be affectionate and attached to me, despite me being a female? I am really crossing my fingers! What do you guys think? Share your experiences, please!
