Try Ross, if you have one in your area. They sometimes have fantastic deals. Or my all time favorite is Ebay!!!! Ebay is probably your best bet, tons and tons of stuff for little dogs.
You can also look on the selling section on YT. I bought many outfits from people here who had dog clothes they no longer needed!!
