Not sure when you purchased yours but I live in MO so I was able to drive (about 2-3 hours) out to their house to pick the puppy up. The video on youtube does not show the location that we picked the puppy up from. We drove to their home and they were very nice and welcomed us in. The house was well kept and our puppy was bathed and ready to go. We did register him and he has been in perfect health and is a great little addition to the family. (We already had a little girl Shih Tzu)
As for the violations, the first one of the 2 was for letting puppies leave the home before 56 (I think that was the number) days old. The list of ages that they had shown there was only 1 or 2 days shy of this. So...that isn't that big of a deal. If you are like me, once you see the little one that is for you, you want it right away.
I'm not trying to say what they are doing is right or anything like that. Just to ease your mind. I personally went to this location to purchase my puppy and I didn't see anything like this. Hopefully this will help to settle your mind.
I smell a fox in the henhouse...
