Hi and Welcome to YT!

I agree with the other posts, a vet visit would be best. Sometimes minor infections can occur that cause the problem and your pup may need to be on antibiotics to clear the infection. Sometimes adding fiber to the pup's diet can also help the body to naturally express the anal glands... maybe ask your vet about if this would be an option for your pup.
