Glad to hear that your girl is eating and is up and about.

Careful with the cheese, for sure, especially with a little one. Doesn't take much to give them stomach upset and diarrhea, or worse. When Max was a pup, he couldn't tolerate anything outside of his regular diet. Even now at 8 pounds and 4 oz, I am cautious and when I do give him something, it is in tiny, tiny amounts.

If your pup is on the smaller side, you will have to be extra vigilant about keeping her rear end clean. Sometimes a little left over poop can cause problems. I check my big boys every night.

When dogs have anal gland problems, they usually scoot their butts on the floor and/or want to lick and scratch their backsides.
