Welcome to YorkieTalk. It's definitely not a matter of grooming because keep in mind, many Yorkies have full coats. Is the poop mushy and is that why it is sticking? Her food hasn't changed, but does she get any treats? Any chance she got into or was given something unusual to eat?
If she was quiet in addition to having poop problems, I would consider checking in with your vet. They will probably want to take a look at a stool sample. There are so many possibilities for what could be causing this problem.
Is her appetite the same today? Keep an eye on her and make sure her gums stay moist and pink.
