 MN is really, really cold.
The schools out here close because they are scared that kids eyes will freeze. It is not uncommon for us to have months of -40 degree weather.
The dogs do become litter or pad trained. It may take some time but usually everyone has success eventually. A week to housetrain is very good. You have gotten lucky b/c it usually takes more than a month to train. |
