 We were away on Christmas Eve too!
We went away for Christmas Eve and all of Christmas Day but came back that night. We had a wonderful animal lover come and look after them and she took them to her house overnight and really pampered our two Yorkies BUT when we got home our male had terribly hurt and angry feelings and would have NOTHING to do with us for at least a day. We felt terrible and vowed that everyone would have to come to our house next year. The funny thing is they have stayed in a kennel for a weekend a couple of times over the past 3 years and even one week when we went on vacation but they never had any negative emotional reaction. Any comments? |
