Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at so many shows. In fact the best place to pick up an illness is at a show. No one wants pets near their show dogs and you do not want show dogs near your pet...

Personally, I am much more at ease with my Yorkies near family pets..never got sick from any...BUT they sure got sick from other show dogs..ever heard of Dog show Crud?? If he had to potty, it is a big "sand box"..and that is so dangerous for viruses.

Westminster is a benched show and it is literally shoulder to shoulder in the dog and ventor area..but inside the arena it is very nice...lots of seating. It is a wonderful time..cold, but fun..you should go to the Yorkie Specialties before the Garden..they are GREAT>>>>and much more fun, lots of more reasonable Yorkie shopping.
