Yes, it's bad that the vet never weighs her. There is no safe way to accurately dose medications without. Sounds very dangerous to me. I'd be finding someone else...
Are her gums pink and wet or are they pale and/or tacky to the touch? She probably needs fluids by this point and could also need sugar. Only thing is one of the diseases that causes vomiting like this - nothing is supposed to go by mouth for at least 24 hours. so you'll need to follow your vet's advice, but if you can get her to a 24 hour hospital with capibilities to weigh, give fluids, and medicate, that would be best.
