I would get some sugar in to her if it were me. It sounds like she is having symptoms of low sugar. Try and give her a little water with some sugar in it or pancake syrup on your finger and let her lick it. When is the vet going to be there? They can go down so quickly, I don't want to scare you even more but she needs to be seen ASAP.
