I would still get the blood panel (CBC/CHEM) and the Bile Acid Test done before you schedule the surgery. You want to make sure she is 100% healthy before putting her under anesthesia. This is important for any dog but even more so since she is so small.

I'm not familiar with the vet prices in Morristown. 4 years ago when I had Morgan spayed in Bergen County it ran around $300. She had a dental and extraction done a year or so later and I think the price was around $300 as well.
