someone who knows more about contracts etc should be along soon... but from what i understand, her guarantee doesnt cover very much- and you must return the puppy to either receive a refund or new puppy... i would only buy from someone who would let me keep the puppy, but help pay for the lifetime meds, unless of course euthanasia is immanent; but even then i wouldnt feel comfortable knowing id have to send her back...

this bit of the contract has me wondering...
The seller is not responsible for miscellaneous
problems which can be preventable such as hypoglycemia, coccidiosis, Guardia, parasites, types of bacterial infections, and certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, i.e.: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, mange and other autoimmune disorders. Hernia repairs nor cherry eyes do not warrant return of monies as it is not life
threatening and does not interfere with the quality of life of the puppy.

to me, if she is pointing out that they are environmental, then it should also take into consideration the responsible environment could be hers... to me, if a puppy ends up with mange or an autoimmune etc, only 4 days after arriving, surely she should be concerned and willing to help with costs for these? what is the incubation period for these? (anyone know off hand? i cant remember) and even though it is not life threatening, and not genetic (?) hernias and cherry eyes are extremly painful and serious- they Must be treated asap (via operation), and is most certainly omething that will interfere with the quality of life, although that very well could just be my interpretation of what she is saying..,

she specifically say she tries to breed withing the standard size, but yet also has a link for teacup puppies for sale- and sells many pups on full registration. and both males are 3.5lbs and 4lbs, and girls no bigger than 6lbs (with one girl with no weight noted) so that would surely produce a fair share of smaller unbreedable puppies (inc. girls).
she also accepts deposits via paypal and i didnt see mentioned that she must speak to you before placing a deposit, and with so many on full reg, that would worry me...

but that aside, all her dogs are stunning and seem Very well cared for! and bear in mind i have no personal experience of her- she may be an A* breeder and a lovely woman, but you asked, so i pointed out concerns... it is always safer to be able to meet your breeder before placing a deposit, but if you want one shipped, this will probably be impossible. but IMO, 8 weeks is way too young to leave momma, never mind be put in a crate in cargo (as she doesn't mention an escort) and shipped across the country; i saw that she may keep them longer, but that still means that some may be shipped at this extremely fragile age.

have you done an internet search on her? or even a YT review section search? you may find some personal experiences there... has she given you any reason not to trust her; or would you have asked here no matter who the breeder?
