What I have found is...it takes a bit of time and a patient new owner.
I have placed a number of retired studs...if the owner is willing to go through a bad spell, it always gets better to the point they are really good in the house...but the owner can NOT expect them to adjust in 3 months...might take a full year...I have retired two champions to pet home..they were the only pet and both did excellent until their death...and it gave me such peace of mind to know they had a very specail retirement life..

Females, IMO can be stubborn period!..but I advise belly bands and parlor panties for a year at least...
