I don't think 800 is too much for a girl that is only about a year old ...assuming she's potty trained and has gotten through puppyhood healthy and with current shots...as assuming she's of quality. She's young enough to rebond well with a new family. More I think of it, 800 seems like quite a bargain over a pup for 1200 and all that goes with a new pup (time and expense).
