have you read all you can about having one that small ? This site is a great place to start and learn because having one that small is a big responsibility - and can be very expensive too....
The standard weight yorkies are very small to begin with - have you thought of looking for average weights rather than set your heart on a really tiny one ? You'll find the prices go up as size goes down....Good luck
