We have a local shelter here "Angels for Animals" who does low cost Neutering and Spading who also does discounted vac. / The only problem with that is that you must keep track of the dates and when vaccinations are due. Not easy for some people to do. (I keep a compleat list of when my pet are due) but that is just how I am. I much prefer to have my regular Vet take care of it, and send me a reminder in the mail.
